Questions tradespeople ask us
- Why are your prices lower than many UK agencies?
- We're a small team in Portugal with lower overheads, and we build on templates and tools we've already tested on more than 100 websites. Launch prices are for our first UK clients.
- What isn't included?
- Logo design, photography, online shops, booking systems, extra languages, integrations, extra review rounds, changes after launch, ad spend and your domain renewal. We quote any of these separately.
- How do I pay?
- Starter is paid in full before we start. Business and Professional are 50% to start and 50% on launch. Monthly services are paid monthly in advance.
- Is VAT added?
- No. We invoice from Portugal and don't charge VAT on services to UK businesses. If you're VAT-registered, you account for it yourself under the reverse charge; if you're not, there's nothing to add.
